Editing My Own Work
I believe that I am my harshest critic. My editing process for any type of work, whether it's a story, spread or photo, is brutal. Once the piece is ready for editing I usually go through it and thoroughly pick it apart. I look for every error and leave a comment about it, and then I go through again looking for more. Once the piece has been combed through for mistakes I'll then go through and begin fixing them. When the piece is finally complete I'll send it to one of my other co-editors for them to review. I try my hardest to be as meticulous as possible with my editing not only with my staff, but with myself as well.
